The four-day conference will be split into four different main sessions dealing with the "Three Axes of Unification" -- orientation, accretion, evolution -- and an outlook to upcoming instrumentation that will contribute precious new observing capabilities to the field. Aside from the facilitated discussion rounds at the end of each day, there will be flash discussions before lunch breaks every noon.
