Where to eat

Winchester has a huge number of places to eat, most of which are concentrated around the high street. For traditional british food, the best place to go is one of the many pubs, which will also have a selection of traditional British ales (beers). They are also often cheaper than restaurants. As well as these, there is a huge variety of cuisines and price ranges available. Below are some recommendations, but there are many more excellent places to eat as well as these!
